Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plain yoghurt
  • 2/3 cup low fat milk
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of diced apple
  • ¼ cup of chopped almonds
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix until well combined
  3. Refrigerate over night
  4. Garnish with apple & almonds as desired
  5. Serve & enjoy!
