Berry Parfait

Ingredients

  • 100g Strawberries
  • 100g Raspberries
  • 100g Blueberries
  • 60ml Whipped fresh cream
  • 250ml Vanilla yoghurt
  • 60g Icing sugar

Method

  1. Mix Yoghurt and cream
  2. Add 60g sifted icing sugar
  3. Layer yoghurt mixture and berries in glass
  4. Freeze for 2 hours
  5. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
