Berry Blaze Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberry yoghurt
  • 2 pitted dates
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 4 strawberries
  • ¼ cup oats

Method

Combine 3/4 cup low fat milk, 1/3 cup strawberry yogurt, 1⁄4 cup raw oats, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1⁄2 cup chopped frozen strawberries, 1 pitted date, in a blender, then process until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for serving.
