Cheesy Stuffed Meatball Cups

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup grated Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 Cubes of Mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Freshly chopped parsley
  • 12 Pre made meatballs
  • ¾ Cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 Roll puff pastry

Method

Method:

  1. Press 1 Mozzarella cheese cube into the center of the meatball
  2. Melt butter in pan over a medium heat and fry meatballs in pan until brown
  3. Cut 12 round Puff Pastry and align tray with pastry
  4. Add Marinara sauce, meatballs and grated cheese
  5. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes
  6. Serve & enjoy!
