Choc Boost Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup Maas
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 Banana
  • ¾ cup of Chocolate milk

Method

Combine 3/4 cup chocolate milk, 1/3 cup maas/amasi, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1
medium banana (cut into chunks and frozen), 2 tablespoons oatmeal, 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, then blend till smooth. Serve and enjoy!
