Cinnamon Protein Milk Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ Cup of Milk
  • ½ Heavy Whipped Cream
  • ½ cup cream
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • ½ Tsp vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup brown sugar

Method

Method:

  1. Whisk egg & sugar until light and creamy
  2. In a sauce pan combine milk, cream, cinnamon and salt
  3. Stir frequently until it comes to a low simmer
  4. Add a small amount of hot milk mixture to the egg yolks and mix until the egg mixture is hot
  5. Repeat until the egg mixture is hot
  6. Add the egg mixture back into the saucepan and whisk constantly for 5 minutes until mixture is slightly thickened
  7. Add vanilla
  8. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon and flake
  9. Serve & enjoy!
