Energy Boosting Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of ice cubes.

Method

  1. In your blender, add 1 cup orange juice, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, 1 banana and a handful of ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Scrape down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
