- 1 cup full-cream plain yoghurt
- 75-125ml honey
- 2 drops green food colouring
- Ice-cream sticks
- In a bowl, add 1 cup full-cream plain yoghurt, 75-125ml honey (sweeten to taste) and 2 drops of green food colouring.
- Whisk ingredients together
- Pour the mixture into moulds and place in the freezer
- After 90 mins of freezing, pop ice-cream sticks into the middle of the mould and continue freezing.
- Once frozen solid, unmould and indulge!
- Variation : Add chopped fruit of choice.
