Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen and peeled banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ – 2 cups of milk

Method

  1. In your blender, add 1 frozen and peeled banana, 1/4 cup oats, 2 Tbsp of peanut butter, 1 Tbsp of chia seeds, 1 – 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder, and 1 ½ – 2 cups of milk
  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
