Scrambled Egg Pitas

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Full Cream Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Crumbled Feta cheese
  • ½ Cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 10 sliced mini tomatoes
  • 3 mini pitas
  • 3 eggs

Method

Method:

  1. Add Milk, pinch of seasoning and egg in a bowl
  2. Mix egg, milk and seasoning together
  3. Melt butter in a pan and add egg mixture, cheese, tomatoes and parsley
  4. Stir and cook for 2 -3 minutes
  5. Fill pita with egg filling
  6. Garnish with Feta
  7. Serve & enjoy!
