Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup double cream yoghurt
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 18 Tennis biscuits
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

  1. Place bananas, condensed milk, strawberries and yoghurt into blender and blend until smooth
  2. Line pan with wax paper and place first layer of biscuits in pan
  3. Pour mixture over biscuits
  4. Place biscuits on top of mixture
  5. Place in freezer for 4 hours
  6. Cut into squares, serve & enjoy!
