Method
Combine 3/4 milk, 1/3 cup double cream yogurt, 1/2 heaping cup of raw spinach, 1/2 avocado, 1 chopped green apple, 2 slices of cucumber, 1 tablespoon honey, a tablespoon of shredded coconut in a blender, then process until smooth.
