Ingredients

3/4 cup Milk
1/3 cup strawberry yoghurt
2 pitted dates
½ cup raspberries
4 strawberries
¼ cup oats

Method

  1. Combine 3/4 cup low fat milk, 1/3 cup strawberry yogurt, 1⁄4 cup raw oats, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1⁄2 cup chopped frozen strawberries, 1 pitted date, in a blender, then process until smooth.
  2. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for serving.
