1 cup maas 1 and 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves of garlic – crushed A good pinch of fresh thyme Juice of 1 lemon and it’s zest Chilli flakes (optional) Salt and Pepper
Method
Place all these ingredients into a small bowl or jar and give them a good mix. Serve with a variety of finger snacks, for example, chicken strips, meatballs, baby corn, cucumber and more.
